Benefits Court Order not preventing disenrollment

Summary

Preventing disenrollment is not working for the dependent who has benefit court order

Content

Hi Experts,

We are facing issue with Benefits court order, I have created the Benefit court order and add the dependent under Medical Plan type to prevent the disenrollment, I logged in as employee and submit a qualified life event and was able to remove the child from Medical plans. I didn't receive any error.

We have certification requirement for all our qualified life events while removing or adding any dependent, which creates interim and suspended row until the ben admin approve or deny the certification requirement. I was able to approve the certification without receiving any error for court order.
