To make it clear, lets say scheduled integration as FLOW_1 and App driven integration as FLOW_2

We have created an app driven integration (FLOW_2) and called it from another integration (FLOW_1 ,which is schedule integration pattern). When the FLOW_2 integration is running beyond 5 minutes, the FLOW_2 instance is re-triggered with new instance ID.

Can some one tell me what could be the possible cause. 

This issue is making the integration to override the values updated by the first instance.
