Successfully loading Talent Review Meeting Using HDL

I am having an issue trying to load talent review meetings using the new HDL loader for the object Talent Review. Following the examples here https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/18c/faihm/loading-talent-objects.html#FAIHM3130106 I have created a sample file to try to load. I am continuing to receive errors that I cannot figure out how to overcome in order to have a successful load. I am just trying to load a meeting with a facilitator for now and will work on participants and other items after.
