Search: add more filters

we would like to filter on specific work preferences indicated by the candidate.

The search functionality is limited at this moment. Is it possible to add addtional filters to the search? example is we would like to filter on work preferences indicated by the candidate while applying.

If not possible, we tried to create an report. We created two custom work requirement fields to be displayed to the candidate. We cannot find those fields in the reporting tool. Any idea how we can make these available in OBI.
