"Make a Referral" button
Summary
Is there a way to add a button for referrals under the apply now buttonContent
Hello -
We are looking for a way to add a 2nd button under the "Apply Now" button to link employees to the referral process. Currently this is a link that is displayed only when viewing the job description. We would like to see one button that says "Apply Now" and a 2nd button under it that says "Make a Referral".
I am thinking this would be done using the branding file but I am wondering if anyone is currently using something similar? We have an issue where employees click "Apply Now" to make a referral and the application then comes through with the employees name attached to it and the referred person's resume. The Recruiting team is struggling with this specifically in high volume areas of the business.
