Security Question vs. Access Code for candidate password resets?

Hello.  I would like to get an idea of whether or not other OTAC Taleo customers out there are using the Security Question option or the Access Code option for their candidates to reset their passwords.

Here is why I ask:  I recently became aware that I as administrator actually have no ability to reset someone's security question if they tell me that it is not working for them and they want to set a new one instead going forward.  We had someone actually ask for that directly for the first time.  When I did my investigation, I realized that I truly have no ability to do that.  It is that secure with no ability for me to see it or change it.

Howdy, Stranger!
