REL13 Upgrade Data Extract Issue

HCM Data Extract that is set up with delivery option from BI is not working post upgrade

Doing our testing of R13 and we are having an issue with a Data Extract that outputs via BI report to our internal FTP server.  This has worked flawlessly before the upgrade and no configuration was changed.

The data extract is set up with the delivery option to the FTP server using output type text, report (BI path of Custom/Human Capital Management/report name) and has the output name of the file name we require.  FTP server name hasn't changed, remote directory hasn't changed and the BI report itself hasn't changed.
