Hello,
We are going through implementation right now and training from our partner on how we get our employees from Taleo to Oracle HCM has been interesting. We were instructed to use the Spreadsheet HCM Data Loader and load the employees using six different templates (Worker, Worker Email, Worker Address, WorkerNID, WorkerPhone, and WorkerSalary). Is this what other people do?
I did notice that there is a CreateWorker template which might help simplify the process a bit since there are fewer fields to deal with.
Middleware is a solution down the road.
