Taleo to Workday Hires Country Issue

We are experiencing an issue with our new hire integration from Taleo to Workday for the following countries, Spain, Czech Republic, France, Italy.  It appears the codes for these four countries do not align which is creating an error on integration.  Is anyone else using both systems globally and running into any issues with these countries?  We are reviewing our TCC integration and looking for any workarounds specific to this.
