Hi All,

At the time Oracle presented us with "Oracle CX For Comms Strategy" where Oracle Engagement Cloud would have the functionality of "Virtual Assistant" under "Web Customer Service".

It is known in that date or release name where this functionality will be available in Oracle Engagement Cloud?
