We have a situation where an employee can transfer from legal entity A to another legal entity or from another legal entity into legal entity A.  In this scenario, we have a legal requirement to not allow the new manager see the goal plan from when the employee was in the other entity.  Is there a way to configure goal plans to stay with the employee but not allow visibility to the new manager?  This requirement only exists when legal entity A transfers to another legal entity OR someone transfers to another legal entity A from another legal entity.  If an
