Trying to cancel a normally scheduled process but keep getting following error message:

The selected request could not be canceled because of the reason: ESS-02003 User Ronnie.Flores@7-11.com does not have sufficient privilege to perform operation cancelRequest on request 243280.

Is there a specific user role that is tied to the cancelRequest permission?
