Scheduling interviews with external interviewers

Need to schedule interview with interviewers external to our organziation

I apologize in advance if this isn't the right forum to post this question, and please feel free to direct me to the right forum for this.  

We regularly schedule interviews with interviewers external to our organization.  How can we configure TBE to include these external contacts and to integrate them such that we can include them when scheduling interviews?  I can elaborate further if need be, but I didn't want to waste anyone's time if this was the wrong forum for such a post.
