Security Privilege for Publish Accounting Hierarchies?

What security privilege gives access to Publish Accounting Hierarchies task?

We have created a custom GL COA maintenance role and want to allow it the ability to Publish Accounting Hierarchies (Navigation: Setup & Maintenance --> Financials --> Financial Reporting Structures --> Publish Accounting Hierarchies).

I know this task is available from the Financial Application Administrator role, but we don't want to assign this custom role the full FAA role. Does anyone know what security privilege is associated with this task?
