Direct Link to My Referrals for internal users

Looking for TEE clients who allow employees direct access to their referrals

As we promote a new ERP, we are looking for a way to allow employees to quickly and directly see all of their draft and active referrals. Ideally, we would like to create a link they can click on that takes them directly to the My Referrals page/tab, instead of something more convoluted, like first having to go to my submission, then to the my referrals tab.  Has anyone else done this?
