Hi,

In Shared folder there exist lots of unnecessary folder related to different module.

My HR user has noting to do with them. all i need a single folder appear for my HR users under Shared Folder, holding all custom reports.

Is there any possibility like that.

What are the recomendations for managing custom reports?? can we keep them in a custom folder directly under shared folder, or should we keep them into shared folder>custom>human capital managment >myfolder. The deeper we keep the reports in folders harder it is to them in term of assigning roles, that what i experienced, kindly suggest.
