Payslip values not showing expected values for UK

Hello

I'm keen to get a feel of what customers have done for the following items in the UK.

the seeded payslip does not seem to offer everything expected for a UK payslip and it looks necessary to extend or customise most required items.  Some items I'd expect to do, but many others I'd expect to be seeded, e.g.   to include Grades spine

has anyone addressed this?  to me, this is complex change that I hoped to be available out of box
