Compensation plan gives one action type in one plan - Allocate Workforce Compensation- Action

Summary

Allocate Workforce Compensation- Action

Content

Compensation plan gives one action type in one plan.

We want to derive the Salary Change Action/ Reason based on the Salary Component that the employee would be getting through workforce compensation.

For example, we have two Salary Components: Merit and Promotion. Now, the manager has given some amount in Merit for employee 1 and promotion for employee 2.

After this, while posting the salary, the Action should be Merit for Employee 1 and Promotion for Employee 2.  However only one action type can be posted per plan and this is restricting us to create the multiple salary revision action in a single plan. Has anyone come across this issue. Please let me know how you are able to achieve this.

Howdy, Stranger!
