Have to log into Firefox to save an offer letter

Hi -

I think in December I was no longer able to click on an offer letter within TBE & view/save it in word.

I now have to log out of Chrome, sign into Firefox if I want to save the offer letter.

Anyone else having this problem in Chrome?

If so, have you found an easier way instead of having to use a different browser?

I logged a ticket and they said that it should be fixed in a few months....but I can't imagine I'm the only one that finds this to be an issue.
