Automate Load & Purge of UDT on Daily basis using HDL or PBL ?

Load UDT Tables daily using Data Extracted from BI report & then Purge it

We Need to replicate Stage Table Processing from EBS to Cloud, for this we are planning to use UDT as our stage tables, Now we have written a BI report to generate HDL file to load UDT data, but we need to Automate Invocation of HDL Process on daily basis such that it picks generated DAT file from UCM/FTP & loads UDT tables, we are also planning to flush tables with new data , for that we are planning to use PBL to purge UDT tables by passing UDT Name.
