1. We have a requirement to capture the details of “Compensation Performance Rating Updated by” in the compensation worksheet and post it in the Element Entry. To post it, we have to get the “Compensation Performance Rating Updated by” in the custom column. We don’t have element mapping option for “Compensation Performance Rating Updated by”.
2. In the compensation Plan, we have enabled the column “Compensation Performance Rating Updated by”
3. Now, we need to dynamically get the value of “Compensation Performance Rating Updated by” in one of the text column and then post it as element entry
