Hi,

What is the best practice we need to follow to enable the offerings? 

Can we enable all the offerings which is available in the Test instance in order to validate and understand the feature? Will Oracle charge any additional cost, if we enable other than purchased?

Our customer purchased OEC & SCM (GSI) instances, but by default none of the offerings where selected.
