Hi Guys,

We have the business need to capture the Competencies from the candidates in Taleo and same competencies has to flow to Fusion once they hired.

Know OOTB doesn't support sending competency data through new hire export, and hence we have suggested TCC.  Has anyone worked on this scenario? if Yes, can you provided your inputs on loading competency data in Fusion.
