Payroll Element-Gift Card Offset not calculating correctly
Content
Hi All,
We have an issue with Gift Card not being calculated correctly, below are the details of the same.
Gift card offset element is not calculating correctly for employees. Employees who receive a gift card during 2018 has amount added into payroll. Gift card offset element is not calculating the offset amount. It is generating a payment to employee and should not.
Initially we thought that the element was wrongly setup and hence we went ahead and created a new element in Development Pod, the root cause being the primary classification should have been "Imputed Earnings", however the Old Gift Card element had the classification as "Supplementary Earnings".
