error trying to add integration service connection in VBCS

Cant get list of integrations from VBCS

Was wondering how do I add a service connection to an integration in  VBCS .When going through the process of add service connection >> integration, the list is empty and tells me there was an error:

"Failed to fetch contents from Integrations"

Is this not what I think it is? I'm trying to run an integration from VBCS
