Talent Admin custom role

Have a requirement to create Talent Admin custom role which has all privileges and duties related to Talent

Hi,

We have a requirement to slice out all the talent tasks for the admin. Does someone have a list of which privileges/functions/roles should be added.

I have tried inheriting it from seeded HR Specialist role, but still most of the profile setup tasks and couple of performance setup tasks are missing.
