I am getting the following error message on my FBDI Import of project costs : 

The internal ID for the attribute {ATTRIBUTE_NAME} could not be derived because more than one row exists. Provide another attribute value.

Has anyone else received this error?  I have looked through all of my data and I am not seeing anything wrong.  Would like to know what I should be looking for.
