19A Salary Differential - Import / Export Capability

Hi -

We have had information that in 19A there was to be the ability to "Export and import new or changed salary range differential values using a newly delivered service in Setup and Maintenance".  We have yet to find this functionality in one of our 19A pods.  

Can you please either provide additional instruction on this feature or was the feature held back until a future release?
