Hi Experts,

I have two questions on this topic

1) What is the difference between user provisioning from "Oracle Cloud My Services --> Users screen" vs "Service Instance (CRM) --> Navigator --> Service Console --> Users" ?

2) What is the difference between user provisioning from "Navigator --> Setup and Maintenance --> Users and Security --> Manage Users task" vs "Navigator --> Service Console --> Users" ? I see different set of mandatory fields (like Legal Employer, Business Unit) to create new users in these screens.
