IDCS to AD & AD to IDCS - outside AD bridge solutions - options?

Outside AD bridge solutions - connectors (both ways) - to sync IDCS to AD & AD to IDCS

Currently, when using AD bridge, the user sync is only possible between AD to IDCS. There is no way to sync back from IDCS to AD OOTB.

use-case: Therefore, thinking outside AD bridge, what are the available options as SCIM atom feeds does not exist for IDCS to trigger a feed as soon as the user gets created in HCM  (with dummy email address) and synced to IDCS from ESS jobs. 

Then if there exists a feed in IDCS, that can be synced from IDCS to AD for user provisioning? and real (work email) gets synced back from AD to IDCS to HCM.
