Is it possible to display under candidates only in selection process candidates ?

Hello,

Is it possible that when reaching the 'Candidate' tab, the candidates that will be automatically displayed -with the filter of
'In Selection Process' only ? meaning the search will be always by default not on ALL candidates, but
on the filter without clicking on the filter and selecting the 'In Selection Process'. - and when clicking on candidates - only the in selection process
candidate will be displayed ?
