New-joiner unable to add bank account for expenses

Hi Everyone,

We noticed that a new hire cannot add the expense account for the first 2-3 days. When pressing the plus button the below error is received:

"The parameter partyid passed to the API was incorrect or missing".

We found that the employees are not yet created in the HZ_PARTIES table. After about 3 days the issue goes away by itself.

Is the issue caused by the absence from HZ_PARTIES? If yes, what process is creating the employees in HZ_PARTIES and can we have it scheduled more often?
