Requisitions on HOLD and Days Open

Summary

Do Not Count Requisition Days Open for Requisitions on HOLD

Content

Hello all,

Our Hiring Managers frequently create requisitions that can take a very long time to fill so our Average Time to Fill numbers are skewed since the requisitions show up on our Open Vacancies report, and we've tried putting the requisitions on Hold but the open time is still counted.

Is there any way to put a requisition on Hold but ignore the tracking of the time to fill aside from cancelling the requisition?  Or is there some way to reset the requisition creation date?

Thank you.

Howdy, Stranger!
