Hello.  Our company is considering to have all hiring managers start their own requisitions.  Some countries already do that, but not many.  I was told that hiring manager may not know who the recruiter is and can insert a random one they worked with some time ago.  I suppose the wrong recruiter can insert the correct one; however, then they would have to fill out all the required fields which they may not know - very inconvenient.  Does anyone else run into issues with hiring manager involvement in requisition creation?  Our HM requisition form is very minimal - they fill
