To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Onboarding Task Permission
Summary
Edit option is available to userContent
We'd like to provide the quick access of Onboarding (Transitions) to our managers as an alternative way to access the task list they are assigned. However, it looks like a link is available for them to click on the task name to go to the Properties page with Edit option. The Edit option allows the user to amend the task name, set up due date, set up priority and select a notification from all list. Please see the attachment for screen shot. Is there any way we can provide the task list without the Edit option? I've already set up the Onboarding-Task
