How can I associate custom fields created in the Milestone Object to fields in the Service Request Object

Good day experts,

Firstly, in the Email template screen, I want to create an email that is associated with the Milestone object but also in the content it would contain fields such as Service Request ID, Assigned To, etc. that are associated with the Service Request Object. If I want to create a custom field in the Milestone Object via the following path:

1- Workflow Objects

2- Service Requests --> Milestone --> Fields

How do I associate that field and other custom fields to the fields that are displayed in the Service Request (To read the values in the Service Request fields and reflecting those fields onto the custom fields) so I can add them onto the email template for the Milestone Object?
