Disable approval rule when user withdraws JE

Content

Whenever a user wants to withdraw their journal entry, the withdrawal must be approved by their manager. This has proved very cumbersome and would make our operations more fluid if we could remove this. Is there a way to disable this authorization routing during withdrawal?
