Worker Assignment Event history - job title "as of" assignment effective date

We have a report that is pulling all assignment events for an employee -- essentially a full summary across all assignments. We are bringing in job title to the report, but only the most recent job title is appearing for the entire history. We would want to see the job title that is relevant to each effective dated row.
So for example, we have someone that was in a job code for several assignment rows. They decided to make an adjustment to the title. This report now only shows that new title across all the assignment rows, not the prior iteration that was applicable to the historical rows and the new title for new rows after the title change was implemented.
