When a manager completes the manager appraisal of the performance evaluation and uses an apostrophe or contraction, the apostrophe shows up as '. It's very strange because employees could use apostrophes in their self appraisals and did not have this issue.
Example: should be I've learned a lot. Instead it shows up as I've learned a lot.
