Apostrophes or contractions such as can't, don't, etc. in the manager comments show up as weird symb

Summary

When manager completes the comments for the manager appraisal and uses and apostrophe, they show up with weird symbols: &#39

Content

When a manager completes the manager appraisal of the performance evaluation and uses an apostrophe or contraction, the apostrophe shows up as &#39.  It's very strange because employees could use apostrophes in their self appraisals and did not have this issue.

Example:  should be I've learned a lot.  Instead it shows up as I've learned a lot.

Howdy, Stranger!
