Build in a delay for autoprogression?

Summary

Is it possible to build in a delay for autoprogessing a candidate?

Content

We created a condition that will identify candidates with completed submissions who do not meet basic requirements. We then use the automatic progression to move them into the reject status.   Is there a way to build in a delay to the autoprogression?   We would like it to wait say 2 hours before they are moved to reject.

Howdy, Stranger!
