Hello,

 

Does anyone know what is the time lag for a BPM notification email? In other words, if an Journal or a transaction (Invoice, Expense Report) is submitted for approval, how soon should the approver receive an email notification. Also, if a JE or a transaction is approved, how soon should the approver get he completed notifications. We are seeing wide variations. Sometimes, the email comes it comes in 4 hours later. So is the expected behavior and are there some configurations that determine this time lag?
