Re-Assigning Employees to New Managers mid Compensation Cycle

Afternoon all,
So we have noticed that there is a large discrepancy between the amount of compensation items available to process on the system, versus what is exported out when we download the details to Excel.
After a bit of investigative work, we've noticed that the export excludes a large number of employees which when we check the plan, have managers assigned to the who have since left the business.
So Oracle Fusion HCM Assignment screens have the correct new line managers assigned to employees, but the Comp Workbench plans have inactive managers assigned (as they were initiated in November), which then does not pull data when downloaded.
