Calculating an Average Review Score

My company is exploring switching from an annual performance review to a quarterly review process. In TBE Perform, I know there's a field for last review score that can be put on the employee record. Does anyone know if there's a way to display a running average score so that when we have quarterly reviews, TBE is averaging the most recent number against the past ones for the current year?
