Could you help us to genere the link for OPA:

The URL for the hub is in this general format https://<server and port>/<deploy-name>/opa-hub/<project>

We guess that is :
https://****.xx.us6.oraclecloud.com:443/("What is the deploy name?" or how to create it or search it)/opa-hub
