Consistent hanging for some users

Hi,

We have issues in Taleo recruiting, across various user types and different networks where on some machines, Taleo recruiting hangs and often brings a "Shockwave Flash isn't responding" or "Taleo.net  is not responding" errors.

This usually happens when loading a requisition specific candidate list.

We have work arounds including using fluid.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, has anyone else resolved this? We are stuck in the limbo of internal IS teams blaming oracle and Oracle Support assuming the problem is at our end (I believe Oracle in this instance)
