How can an employee see their own job profile?

I have not seen the area where an employee can see the job profile of their current assignment anywhere

I would like to know where an employee can see their own job profile. I know through the career development module, they can search for profiles within the organization, but I was wondering if there was an area where they could see their own, or at least their competencies. My client thinks this would be very useful during the year, prior to performance evaluations, so the employee could see what they were being evaluated on.
