Combine data from 2 domains in one report

I am trying to calculate the vacancy rate by department, using headcount from performance domain and number of open requisitions from recruiting domain.  I can get these values in separate reports, but I cannot get the data from 2 different domains in one report.  Is there a way to combine multiple domains in one report?
