Best way to encode external instructors in HCM learning

Dear all,

We need to encode mass amount of external learners in our Oracle HCM learning.

Does anyone has experience about the best practice to do so? did you created special worker category? how to do manage the entry/exit?

Indeed we are afraid that we might need to hire those people following the user interface, and this is a long process and that they end up mixed with other contingent workers.
