Date filter - Format issue

Hi,

In my BI report I'm using guide me report editor, when i export it to excel I'm unable to filter year wise. Is there any other way to achieve this?

I have attached the output excel screenshot(EXCEL GUIDE ME OUTPUT DATE) and also the required date format(Excel date.PNG) for your reference.
