Hello Team,

Need your support for creating the WO from EC. I need to know whether it is a point to point integration or via ICS. Was going through the documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/r13-update17d/faefs/oracle-engagement-cloud-configuration.html#FAEFS2417375 )    

Now while reading I am not able to understand whether I have to create the integration user or not, I am working in DEMO instance and found the details are already available under 'Integration configuration' via Manage Service to Field Service Cloud Integration however when I am trying to access it, it is not allowing me to get the access.
